I am glad to see someone sticking their neck out! This country is in serious trouble when this administration challenges the exercise of the very freedoms we so cherish. As a military veteran, I am insulted to think that if I don't agree with this administration - then I must be a traitor. This administration has gotten out of hand. Their heavyhanded dealing with the media has left a government with NO transparency, and a fourth estate with no spine. Now they are on the move to silence public broadcasting as well. It seems to have no end. Thank you for taking a stand - and for speaking out.

Dear Mr. Cotton:

Thank you for your kind words and support. And thank you for your military service. There are many folks out there that share these sentiments, but its good to know that those who have served share them too.

We need to wake up. We should not be afraid to speak out. They cannot do anything to us; we are too great in number. We need to hold our leaders accountable at the ballot box. And we need to hold the media to account too. I have given up on televison and get my news from the internet. At least that is not controlled!
