Rachel,
I'm sure I could find something to disagree with you on, if I looked deep enough - but I haven't found it yet. You are encountering the "Gestapo GOP" and their "kool-aid" laping minions. Since my first years in politics as a Republican I can still say it is amazing how so many of them fall for the very principles they trash.

I don't consider my self unpatriotic with 191 combat missions over N.Vietnam/Laos - but not being in lockstep with GOP leaders has earned me the tag also. I would love nothing better then having your victory jamed up their misguided noses, forcing them to attend a much needed seminar in Constitutional principles. God bless your efforts and my best to Connie.

Your friend, Jim Glanton From Georgia

Dear Jim:
Thank you for your support! You are right about the so-called "Republicans" doing what they condemn in others. They just prove my point. Many others, including Republicans and Democrats, agreed with me. We will see next year which of us is right.

I wouldn't call you unpatriotic. Rather, you demonstrate what real patriotism and liberty are about. And thank you for your service in the military!

If I win, the Republicans will be none too happy at losing power. Its not that I'm vindictive. Its that they want power and will squash anyone that tries to take power away from them. So that they can keep power, they are even trying to get judges appointed, not elected, by changing the state constitution. That is how desperate they are and a sign of how well we are doing. It is not likely that their plan will prevail here.

Best wishes,

Rachel
